JSerra vs. Brea FROSH Baseball game

What a game!  Conor, played an AMAZING game.  He played left field and got a lot of action out there.  One of his catches in left field was awesome....a diving catch:)
It was the bottom of the 7th. inning, bases loaded, JSerra down by one and Conor is up to bat!!!  Oh my this was a nail biting moment!  Conor hits a solid line drive over short stop out to the left field SO hard the left fielder missed the ball and Conor got a double!
JSerra wins 5 to 4

JSerra VS. Edison Frosh baseball Game

Conor, had his first high school baseball scrimmage game on Saturday!  Conor, was very nervous since he has not swung a bat since last summer.  He only had two practices with the team since he joined- and the two practices that he did have was conditioning practice!!!
Conor, did pretty well on Saturday- He started the game in left field and Edison hit a ball just over the third base line and Conor ran very quickly and dove for the ball but missed it.  But it was an incredible try and it was a ball that would of been an OUTSTANDING catch if he would of be able to get it.  Conor, was disappointed he did not get it, but he knew it would of been an amazing catch if he did!
Conor, was up to bat two times- first time struck out and the second time he hit a pop-fly over the first baseman's head and it dropped and Conor got a single:)
He played center, left and right field.  He only sat out one inning.  Over all Conor enjoyed his first High School baseball experience!
